However, perusal of file shows that an application
for amendment of plaint u/o 6 rule 17 CPC is pending for
adjudication. As such the court considers it appropriate to
decided the application u/o 6 rule 17 CPC before hearing
arguments on application u/o 7 rule 11 CPC.

on behalf of both the parties.
