registered partnership firm. The present suit has been filed seeking a decree of injunction
alleging violation of the agreement entered into between the plaintiff and the defendant
no.1 alleged to be ex-employee of the plaintiff firm.
Accordingly, a query was raised as to how the suit is maintainable in view
of Section 69 of the Partnership Act, 1932 and Ld. Counsel for plaintiff has sought an
adjournment to clarify such aspect.
Heard. Allowed.
Be adjourned for clarification on such aspect and for arguments on pending
application for 28.10.2026.
It is expected that both the Ld. Counsels shall remain present in person on
