Present: Sh. Vikas Deep, Ld. Counsel for the complainant.
Report of summons not received back. However, Ld.
counsel for the complainant has submitted that summons have been
effected upon the accused through speed post. Tracking report of the
same has been e-mailed to this court. Same is taken on record.
On perusal, it is found that the summons received back
to the sender with the remarks “incomplete address”.
Ld. counsel for the complainant is directed to verify the
address of the accused.
Issue fresh summons to the accused returnable on
NDOH on filing of PF within seven days. Summons to be issued
through all permissible means including e-mode. Copy of summons be
supplied to Ld. counsel for complainant, if requested. Complainant
shall be at liberty to file proof of service on the next date of hearing.
Ld. counsel for the complainant is directed to file
Whatsapp number and e-mail address of the accused on the affidavit.
Ld. counsel for the complainant is free to assist the
process server.
Put up for appearance of accused/ grant of bail/ framing
of notice on 27.06.2025.
