complainant.
Report of summons not received back.
However, Ld. counsel for the complainant has submitted
that summons have been effected upon the accused through speed post.
Tracking report of the same has been e-mailed to this court. Same is
taken on record.
According to the tracking report, summons were
received back with remark “Door Locked, intimation served”. The
same is considered as valid service.
However, no one has appeared on behalf of the accused
in court today despite several calls.
Issue bailable warrants against the accused in the sum of
Rs. 10,000/- with one surety of like amount through SHO concerned.
PF be filed within seven days from today.
Copy of this order be given to the concerned Naib Court
alongwith the warrants against receiving for intimation to the SHO
concerned.
Put up for appearance of accused on 08.12.2025.
