Counsel for plaintiff is directed to point out the videos which he intends to get remove from the social media platform as allegedly uploaded by defendant. 5. Further, Ld. Counsel for defendant have fairly submitted that he does not have any objection if the alleged defamatory videos are pointed out to defendant then he -- 1 of 2 -- will remove the videos and further undertake that he will not upload any videos against the plaintiff. 6.
