WS be filed by the Defendant No.2 within the period
as prescribed under the Commercial Courts Act alongwith
documents and affidavit of admission/denial of documents of
Plaintiff within stipulated period in view of the provisions of
Commercial Courts Act after supplying advance copy to the
Plaintiff through counsel.

Replication, if any, alongwith affidavit of
admission/denial of documents of Defendant No.2 be filed within
15 days pursuant to filing written statement after supplying
advance copy of Defendant No.2 through counsel.

same be filed accordingly.
