The contesting defendants are directed to supply the
copy of their WS to the counsel for the plaintiff within a week.
It is stated on behalf of the plaintiff that the suit property
was allotted to the grand father of the parties by the DDA. The
plaintiff is thus directed to file the relevant conveyance deed/allotment
letter issued by the competent authority in favour of the predecessor of
the parties.
On the basis of the pleadings of the contesting parties,
the following issues, in the meantime are hereby framed:-
1) Whether the plaintiff is entitled to the decree of parti-
tion as prayed for? OPP
2) Whether the plaintiff is entitled to the decree of per-
manent injunction, as prayed for? OPP
3)Whether the plaintiff is entitled to the decree of
mandatory injunction, as prayed for? OPP
4) Relief.
No further issue arises or pressed.
Put up for PE by way of affidavit on 03.09.2026.
The advance copy of the affidavit of the PW be supplied to the
opposite party at least one week in advance before the NDOH.
