statement, the present suit is disposed off as settled. The statement
recorded today shall form part of the decree-sheet. If any party
does not comply with the terms of the settlement, the adversary
shall be entitled for filing execution in respect thereof.
The appearing parties have requested indulgence
from this Court for monitoring the settlement so that it can be taken
to the logical conclusion. Accordingly, to come up for compliance
on 26.11.2026.
The court fees shall be refunded once the
compliance is over.
