As observed, court fee is found deficient of Rs.23/- and
certificate 65B of Indian Evidence Act of the case has not been
filed. Upon filing of the same within one week from today, issue
summons to the defendant on filing of PF, RC, authorized
courier/speed post as well as through email and whatsapp messages
on furnishing the particulars thereof alongwith an affidavit with
regard to correctness of email Id and whatsapp number of defendant
with directions to file the written statement alongwith documents
and affidavit of admission/denial of documents of plaintiff within
stipulated period of 30 days of service after supplying advance copy
of the plaintiff through counsel.
Replication, if any, alongwith affidavit of
admission/denial of documents of defendant be filed within 15 days
pursuant to filing written statement after supplying advance copy of
defendant through counsel.
Put up for admission/denial of documents and
settlement of issues on 12.08.2024.
