Ld. Counsel for Plaintiff has filed certificate u/s 65B
of Indian Evidence Act in view of the order dated 01.05.2024. Be
taken on record.
Steps not taken for service of Defendant nor deficient
court fee of Rs.23/- is filed in view of the order dated 01.05.2024
nor any reasonable explanation is furnished by Ld. Counsel for
the Plaintiff for not filing the deficient court fee and for not
taking steps for service of the Defendant. In the interest of
justice, one more opportunity is given to the Plaintiff for filing
deficient court fee and for taking steps for service of Defendant
within two weeks from today subject to cost of Rs.2,000/- to be
deposited with DLSA, North-District, Rohini Courts, Delhi.
Issue summons to the Defendant on filing of PF, RC,
authorized courier/speed post as well as through email and
whatsapp messages on furnishing the particulars thereof
alongwith an affidavit with regard to correctness of email Id and
whatsapp number of Defendant within two weeks from today
with directions to file the written statement alongwith documents
and affidavit of admission/denial of documents of Plaintiff within
stipulated period of 30 days of service after supplying advance
copy of the plaintiff through counsel.

Replication, if any, alongwith affidavit of
admission/denial of documents of Defendant be filed within 15
days pursuant to filing written statement after supplying advance
copy of Defendant through counsel.
Put up for admission/denial of documents and
settlement of issues on 13.11.2024.
Process be issued only after depositing the receipt of
cost is filed alongwith PF.
