Today, an application u/o 6 Rule 17 CPC has been
filed by the plaintiff along with the copy of WS of D1 filed in CS
DJ 823/22 and the copy of the will dated 30.05.1991. Copy be
supplied today itself during the course of day.
Ld. Counsel for D4 submits that the document filed
on record today by the plaintiff cannot be taken on record and
they are also not legible.
Plaintiff is directed to file the legible copy of the
aforesaid documents on record with a legible copy to the other
side.
List the matter for consideration on the aforesaid
aspect raised by the Ld. Counsel for D4 and also for
consideration on the aforesaid application of the plaintiff on
06.01.2026.
