Counsel for respondent no. 3 has filed the reply to the application moved on behalf of respondent no. 2. Ld. Counsel for respondent no. 3 submits that they shall clear the dues to the extent of 50 % of total amount of whatever nature for which respondent no. 2 is entitled in her favour within 6 weeks from today. In view of the above undertaking on behalf of respondent no. 3 the instant application u/s 151 CPC kept pending until the expiry of 6 weeks. Let compliance report be filed by Respondent no. 3 within 6 weeks from today. Ld Counsel for respondent no. 3 submits that they have no objection regarding the release of medical expense amount in favour of any party to whomsoever this court directs. Ld. Counsel for respondent no. 3 is directed to produce all the bills for medical expenses of deceased Kuldeep Kumar deposited by respondent no. 2 with them.
