published in any daily newspaper having circulation in Delhi as
well as in one newspaper having national circulation as per rules.
Issue summons to SDM concerned on filing PF/RC
as per rules, with the directions to furnish necessary status report
about the petitioner, on the next date of hearing.
Summons be also issued to the respondent no. 2 and
3 on filing of PF/RC returnable by the next date of hearing.
Further respondent no. 3 The Chief Water Analysist
Water Works Wazirabad is directed not to release any amount till
next date of hearing.
