Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff has submitted that since
in the WS the defendant has submitted that plaintiff has not filed
the titled documents. Accordingly, the plaintiff seeks liberty to
file the same by this application. Plaintiff has submitted that the
suit has been filed in the capacity of landlord and therefore,
initially the titled documents has not filed. The application has
not been objected by the Ld. Counsel for defendant.
