PW1 was examined in chief on last date of hearing
and while tendering the documents it was mentioned in respect of
documents at serial no. 8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16 and 17 that the
original documents were tendered however, it is imperative to
mention that the original documents were seen and returned to
PW1 as mentioned in the column next to such documents. The
only purpose for this is to avoid any confusion that might arise in
future regarding the custody of original documents.
PW-1, Ms. Indu Sharma has been cross-examined
and discharged.

closed.
