Fresh suit received by way of allotment. It be checked and
registered.
Present: Plaintiff in person with Ld. Counsel Sh. S. S.
Rajour.
File perused. Heard.
Issue summons of the suit and application under
Order XXXIX Rule 1 & 2 CPC to the defendant on taking steps
by the plaintiff, returnable for 08.08.2024. Processes be sent for
service through all permissible modes.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for plaintiff prays for an
ad-interim relief to be granted to the plaintiff directing the
defendant, his agents, relatives, servants,associates, attorney, etc.
from creating any third party interest in the suit property as the
plaintiff is under the apprehension that the defendant may do so.
Without going into the veracity of the claims made by Ld.
Counsel for plaintiff and in the interest of justice, defendant is
directed to maintain the status quo with respect to the suit
property till the next date of hearing, except in accordance with
orders of this Court or another competent Court.
Copy of this order be given dasti to the plaintiff, as
prayed for.
