Present: Sh. S.S. Rajore, Ld. Counsel for plaintiff alongwith
plaintiff.
Sh. Sachin Kaushik, Ld. Counsel for defendant
alongwith defendant.
An adjournment is sought on behalf of the plaintiff
on the ground that there was a death in the relation of the main
counsel.
In view of the submission, one more opportunity is
granted to the defendant to file reply to application under Order 6
Rule 17 CPC filed by the plaintiff.
At this stage, both parties submit that there are
chances of settlement. This court also finds that elements of
settlement are present in the instant case. Accordingly, the matter
is referred to Mediation Cell, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, on
19.05.2025 at 2:00 p.m to enable the parties to pursue settlement
talks.
Parties are directed to appear in person alongwith
their counsels before the Mediation Cell, on the above said date
and time. Ahlmad is directed to send the reference well in
advance.
List for awaiting report of settlement, if any, /
further proceedings on 07.07.2025.
