File taken up today on an application for early hearing of the
matter moved on behalf of applicant/plaintiff.
Present: Sh. Manoj Kumar Yadav, Ld. counsel for
applicant/plaintiff.
It is submitted on behalf of applicant that defendant
is absolute owner of the property i.e. H. No. G-5, 14 Futa Road,
Gali No. 22, 5th Pusta, near Prabhakar School, Sonia Vihar, Delhi
and being the property dealer has grabbed huge money and the
present applicant seeking the defendant to come and furnish
security as defendant has already one property in Delhi, whereas
the liability of defendant is more than his entire property.
Arguments advanced on the application.
Perusal of application shows that by way of present
application, the applicant is seeking security of appearance and
security of money from defendant in the present suit. As the
issues have already been framed and the next date of hearing i.e.
23.12.2025 is not too far, so there is no ground to allow the
present application. Hence, application stands dismissed.
Matter be put up on date already fixed i.e.
23.12.2025.
