Present: Sh. H.S. Solanki, Ld. Counsel for applicant.
An application for execution of sentence imposed vide
order dt. 24.05.2024 has been moved.
Record perused.
Vide order dt. 24.05.2024 this court has sentenced the
convict/non-applicant Manindra to undergo Simple Imprisonment
for period of five months and also pay a compensation of
Rs.4,50,000/- to the complainant/applicant. The said order/sentence
was suspended for a period of 30 days u/s 389 Cr.P.C so as to
enable the convict to file an appeal against the said order.
No order of Ld. Appellate Court has been received
with respect to suspension of sentence imposed upon the convict.
Hence, the sentence imposed upon the convict vide
order dt.24.05.2024 is required to be executed.
Accordingly, issue NBWs against the convict/non-
applicant, through SHO concerned, returnable on 04.10.2024.
