Applicant submits that CCTV Footage has been
provided to the IO wherein the accused persons can be seen,
however, no efforts have been made by the police to trace out the
accused persons.
IO submits that as per CCTV Footage, certain
accused persons can be seen, however, they are not identifiable
despite inquiry from local informers and CCTV Footage from
various cameras of the Gali has been collected but accused
remains unidentifiable.
It is submitted by the applicant that no CCTV
Footage has been collected by the police and he is making his
personal efforts to procure the same and he also has apprehension
that the person involved in the crime are the persons living in the
opposite house as earlier also they have committed theft in his
house and he has provided their phone numbers have been
provided to the IO. It is further submitted that the person seen in
the footage is not a resident of the Gali but he has apprehension
that he is associated with his neighbours as the timing of the
offence coincides with the family members living the house and
it is highly likely that the neighbour would have called the
accused for the crime informing about the house being locked.
In these circumstances, issue notice to DCP to file
detailed reply by NDOH.
