However, further analysis of CDR of the 20 suspects
is done.
As per CDR, no clue of the accused persons has
been find out till date.

Reply has been filed by DCP as per which CCTV
Footage of spot, surrounding area was analyzed and two suspects
have been interrogated but their involvement could not be
established. Further, CDR of above 20 persons has also been
analyzed where nothing incriminating have been found against
them and further analysis of CDR has also been done. Also from
local inquiry, nothing could be found and investigation is still on
progress.
At this stage, it is submitted for the complainant that
Crime Team had taken finger prints from about 9 places at the
spot and one of the suspects Harshit had admitted to being an
accomplice and has admitted to having done the Reci.
Issue fresh notice to DCP to file detailed report of
investigation carried out till date and also to outline the scientific
method involved in the investigation and ensure presence of case
file before the court on NDOH.
