Plaintiff has not complied with the last order. One more
opportunity granted.
Defendant has moved an application u/O VIII Rule 1A CPC
along with some documents. Reply to the said application filed.
With the reply to the aforesaid application, plaintiff has filed
copy of a Will. Counsel for plaintiff submits that in order to bring on record
the said Will.
Both the parties concede to taking on record of each other
documents. Accordingly, application of defendant u/O VIII Rule 1 A CPC
is allowed and thus, the documents filed along with the said application, as
per list, are taken on record.
Similarly, the copy of Will of Narender Kumar Rohatgi dated
20.10.2016, filed by plaintiff today, is also taken on record.
Pleadings in the matter are completed. Plaintiff is directed to
comply with last order. Parties are directed to file their respective affidavits
of admission/denial within 15 days from today with advance copy to the
other side.
