Vide my separate detailed judgment, the appeals of the appellant/convict have been dismissed, being devoid of merits. The appellant/convict is taken into custody and sent to JC for serving the sentence. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the appellant has filed an application on behalf of the appellant for carrying Inhaler (Bontair) with him. Heard. The appellant is allowed to carry his Inhaler (Bontair) with him in the jail.
