aside the impugned judgment dated 14.05.2025 and order on

389 Cr.P.C. seeking suspension of sentence and grant of bail has
also been filed.
Now, notice be issued to the respondent no.
2/complainant on taking steps within 7 days. The operation of
order on sentence dated 31.07.2025 is suspended till further
orders and the appellant is admitted to bail on furnishing of
personal bond and surety bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/- each to
the satisfaction of ld. Trial Court.
