1. An amended memo is reported to have been filed on 29.07.2026. It is
not in terms of order dated 19.05.2026 and thus, it is taken off the
record. Petitioner is directed to comply the said order.
2. As per office report, publications made in ‘
Statesman’ on 01.10.2026
and ‘
Virat Vaibhav’ on 29.09.2026. No objections filed till date.
3. Despite service, none appears on behalf of R-1. Valuation report
from SDM not filed. Let fresh notice be sent to SDM concerned for
filing valuation report.
4. Original Will dated 27.07.2023 of Prem Singh filed.
5. R-2, R-5 to R-9 served on 03.10.2026. R-3 is present in court with
counsel. R-4 is already dead.
6. Thus, all respondents are duly served. But, it appears that the
summons sent to R-2/Natho Devi were received by R-6/Sachin and
counsel for R-6 submits that he shall not represent R-2. In such
circumstances, let fresh summons be sent to R-2 through all modes
including affixation.

7. All the appearing respondents claim that they have not received the
complete paper book. Let the same be supplied within 15 days from
today with copy to the other side.
8. List for appearance of R-2, report of SDM, filing of proper memo
and completion of pleadings on 20.01.2027.
