Plaintiff submits that an Extraordinary General meeting is
scheduled to be held at NSCI, Mumbai on 12.09.2025 and that the
agenda item no. 7 does not find a mention in the letter dated
28.06.2025 signed by the secretary General, NSCI.
At this stage, Ld. counsel for defendant submits that in
Executive committee held on 15.06.2025, a committee was constituted
to examine agenda item no. 7 as per rules and regulations of the club.
It is further submitted that the committee is expected to submit a report
in the next executive committee meeting tentatively scheduled for
13.09.2025, wherein the executive committee shall take a decision
considering the said report. Separate statement recorded to this effect.
Status report in terms of the statement given today by Ld
counsel for defendant club be filed on the NDOH, after examining the
agenda item no. 7.
