Present: Ms. Ishani, Ld. Counsel for the complainant
(through VC).
PF not filed. Hence the process could not be issued.
Furthermore, the tracking report is also not placed on record. Ld.
Counsel for complainant seeks some more time to comply with
the order of this court. Accordingly, issue fresh summons to the
accused on filing of PF/RC/AD/speed post returnable on
03.05.2025.
PF be filed within 60 days from today.
The complainant is at liberty to serve the summons
alongwith the copy of complaint to the accused person through
regd. post / speed post or any other authorized courier service
and place internet tracking postal receipt of the same before this
court by NDOH.
In case of refusal, non-availability or premises of the
accused is found locked, summons be served by way of
affixation.
