This court has a pendency of more than 38000 cases. Shorter dates are not given on account
    of heavy pendency.
Present: Ms. Kirti, Ld. Counsel for complainant through VC.
Matter is fixed for filing of fresh address today.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant submits that despite best efforts, fresh address
of the accused could not be traced.
Ld. Counsel further submits that he does not have instructions to withdraw the
    case.
In the light of the submissions of the Ld. Counsel regarding the address being
untraceable, this court is of the opinion that keeping the matter pending on the docket of this
    court will serve no purpose.
Accordingly, the case is hereby dismissed. Documents, if any, be returned after
    due verification.
File be consigned to record room.
