Perusal of the case documents reflects that the nature of legal entity of
proposed accused no.1 is not clear as it is mentioned as proprietorship firm/partnership firm.
Ld. counsel for the complainant undertakes to seek clarification. He is also
directed to file GST registration certificate of the said entity by the NDOH.
Perusal of the case documents further reflects that the present complaint is
barred by limitation. Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that the complaint was filed
within the limitation period, however certain objections were raised which caused the delay.
He is directed to file e-filing history of the case by the NDOH.
