There is pendency of more than 43,000 cases in the present court, therefore, it is not
possible to give shorter date in the cases.
Matter was earlier received by way of transfer.
Today, the undersigned is looking after the work of link JMFC.
Present : Sh Ankush Kumar, Ld. Counsel for complainant
through VC.
Matter is listed for report on B/Ws on all the
addresses of the accused.
Physical file deposited.
Report received back unexecuted with respect to the
address of the accused at Chankaya Puri, New Delhi with the
comment ‘accused has expired as per the statement given by son
of the accused Sh Shailesh’.
With respect to the othere addresses at Gautum Budh
Nagar and Bijnore UP, report received back unexecuted with the
comment ‘none with the name of the accused found at the
addresses’.
In view of the same, issue court notice (on PF within
4 weeks) to the SHO concerned to verify the factum of the death
of the accused on the address at Chanakaya Puri, New Delhi and
file a report in this regard on the NDOH.
Now to come up for death verification report of
accused on 08.12.26.
Complainant is directed to furnish all the previous
ordersheets in the matter.
