The matter is at the stage of verification of payment as on the last date of
hearing, the accused had submitted to clear the outstanding payment within 6 months.
Today, despite repeated calls, none appeared on behalf of the accused
either physically or digitally. No reason for non-appearance of accused is
forthcoming.
Accordingly, issue bailable warrants against the accused in sum of
Rs. 10,000/- with one surety of like amount through SHO concerned, on filing of
PF by the complainant within 7 days, returnable for the NDOH.
The concerned SHO is directed to effect the service of the warrants
positively by atleast making 3 attempts for executing the same.
Copy of this order be sent to the concerned SHO through Naib Court
Concerned.
Renotify for report on B/Ws/appearance of accused/further orders on
03.05.2024.
PA is directed to upload the orders as per rules.
