Sh Jeetendra Kumar Ld Counsel for the accused no. 1, 2, 3 and 4 alongwith
accused no 4.
Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that he has paid the previous cost to the
DLSA. Receipt placed on record .
Matter is fixed for appearance of accused.
Ld. counsel for the accused submits that he is newly engaged in the present matter
and undertakes to file his vakalatnama during the course of the day.
Accused persons are directed to file personal bonds and surety bonds in sum of
Rs.40,000/- each. Surety to appear on the NDOH.
Since the present offence is bailable in nature, the accused no.4 is admitted to bail
subject to furnishing of personal bonds.
An oral exemption is sought on behalf of the accused no. 2 and 3 for today. Heard
and allowed. However, no exemtpion shall be granted on NDOH. Accused no 2 and 3 are
strictly directed to appear on next date of hearing failing which an adverse view shall be
taken.
Ld. counsel for the accused requests for sometime to file the authority letter on
behalf of accused no 4 for represent the accused no 1 company.
Ld. counsel for the accused further submits that he has not received copy of
complaint and annexed documents.
Ld. counsel for the complainant is directed to do the needful forthwith on the

Put up for compliance, exploring the possibility of settlment/framing of notice and
further proceedings on 12.01.2026.
