Summons received back duly served upon accused no.1, 2 and 3.
Report of summons against accused no.4 is awaited.
Matter has been taken up twice, however, no one has appeared on behalf of the
accused.
It is apparent that despite having knowledge of the summons, the accused is
deliberately avoiding his appearance before this court, therefore, issue BWs against the
accused no.2 and 3 in sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety each of like amount on filing of
PF within 07 days from today. The process be executed through SHO concerned.
Fresh summons be issued against accused no.4 in terms of the last order
through all modes upon filing of PF within 07 days
Put up for report/ appearance of accused and further proceedings on
03.06.2023.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
