Present: Sh. Manish Kumar, Counsel for complainant alongwith AR
Ms. Radha, proxy Counsel for accused.
Exemption application is moved on behalf of accused. Based
upon the contents of the application, same is allowed for today only.
Ld. Counsel for the accused has moved an application u/s
145(2) NI Act. Let a copy be supplied to the opposite party within a
week from today.
Counsel for the complainant has filed an application for
substitution of AR along with the GPA with respect to the proposed AR
of the complainant company as the previous AR has left the job. Same is
taken on record.
Heard and allowed. Let the AR Sh. Saurabh Saxena be
substituted in place of previous AR.
Put up for arguments on application u/s 145(2) NI Act / CE
on 13.10.2022.
At this stage, an application u/s 143(A) NI Act has been filed
by the complainant for the interim compensation. Let a copy be supplied
to the opposite party.
Put up for arguments on the said application on 13.10.2022.
