The ld. Counsel for complainant states that the
matter has been settled with the accused and as per settlement,
the entire outstanding amount has been received by the
complainant from the accused. In view of the same, present
complaint may be disposed of as withdrawn as compounded. The
statement of ld. Counsel for the complainant to this effect has
been separately recorded.
In view of the statement of ld. Counsel for
complainant recorded today, the present complaint is disposed of
as withdrawn as compounded. Accused hereby stands acquitted.
Original documents, if any, be returned to the
rightful claimant against due acknowledgment.
As nothing else survive in this case, file be
consigned to the record room after due compliance.
