It is apparent that accused is evading the process of law and his presence can
only be secured through coercive measures.
NBWs be issued against the accused on filing of PF within 07 days from
today. Process be executed through SHO concerned.
Notice be also issued to surety to appear and showcause why his bonds
shall not be forfeited.
