The Ld. counsel submits that he wishes to withdraw the present matter as
the same is likely to fail on technical grounds with liberty to invoke other remedies
available to the complainant in accordance with Law.
Separate statement of Mr. Deepak Sharma, Ld. counsel for the
complainant has been recorded and sent to the Ld. counsel for the complainant through
e-mail. The statement is required to be signed by him and to be scanned and sent back
to the Court through e-mail. Duly signed and scanned statement of the Ld. counsel for
the complainant has been received back through e-mail. Statement has been digitally
signed by the undersigned and the same would form part of the digital file.
In view of the statement of the Ld. counsel for the complainant, the
present complaint case is disposed off as withdrawn.
The complainant is at liberty to avail other remedies available to the
complainant in accordance with law. Original documents, if any be returned as per
rules.
