IA no. 1/25 moved on behalf of plaintiff seeking directions to
defendant no.2 to provide details of LRs of deceased Defendant
no.3.
Copy supplied. Ld. Counsel for defendant no.3 submitted
that after the death of defendant no.3, his wife has gone to her
native place and defendant no.2 is not in position to provide
details of LRs of deceased defendant no. 3. Under these
circumstances, no useful purpose would be served to call reply of
defendant no.2, in this respect.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for plaintiff submits that he may
be allowed to withdraw the present IA. Heard. In view of
submissions the present IA stand dismissed as withdrawn.

As prayed, list the matter for moving appropriate
application U/o 22 Rule 4 CPC on behalf of plaintiff, for
10.02.2026. However, its disposal shall take its own course.
