no.3, whereas no such application has been filed by the plaintiff
till date.
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff has submitted that details of
LRs of deceased defendant no.3 could not be ascertained in-spite
of his best efforts.
In the interest of justice last opportunity is granted to
the plaintiff to do the needful qua impleadment of LRs of
deceased defendant no.3.
