At the outset, Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of
IRP, on instructions, submits that JD i.e., Mist Direct Sales Pvt.
Ltd has already gone into liquidation and IRP has already been
appointed in the matter by Hon’ble NCLT. He further submits
that DH herein has already submitted its claim in the relevant
proceedings under IBC pending before Hon’ble NCLT.
Ld. Counsel of DH seeks and is granted one week’s
time to take instructions from DH and to withdraw the present
execution petition in such an eventuality.
Put up on 28.01.2025 for consideration.
