Jaspreet Singh, printout of email dated 25.07.2024 alongwith application
under Order VIII Rule 1 CPC read with Section 151 CPC for delay
condonation alongwith affidavit under Section 35 of BSA, 2023 and
vakalatnama.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that she has not received
copy of the written statement and accompanying documents/ application.
Ld. Counsel for the defendant undertakes to email the
documents/ application to the plaintiff during the course of the day.
The plaintiff is at liberty to file replication, if any within 7 days
from today with advance copy to the other side.
Matter be listed for arguments on the application under Order
VIII Rule 1 CPC/replication, admission and denial of documents and
framing of issues on 22.05.2025.
Admission and denial of documents be conducted by way of
affidavit and same be exchanged by the next date of hearing.
