2. In view of the submissions and the statement recorded, the present appeal
is disposed off and the offence u/s 138 NI Act for which the appellant has
been convicted by the Ld. Trial Court is compounded. The accused is
acquitted for offence u/s 138 NI Act and the impugned order of
conviction and order on sentence are set aside.
3. File be consigned to Record Room after due compliance. Original
documents, if any, be returned as per rules.
