(Anubhav Jain) District Judge -05, NDD, PHC/ND/27.02.2026 At 12 PM, Sh. Ankit Verma, proxy counsel for DH appeared through VC and stated that the copy of objections is not received by him and that he has approached Nazir, however he was informed that the copy of objections is not placed on record. I have perused the file, wherein the objections to the present petition are annexed at the end of the file. Perusal of record reveals that the Ld. counsel for DH herein is appearing only through VC and has never appeared physically. Had he appeared today the copy of objections has been supplied to him. In the present case, further order sheet reveals that only proxy counsels have been appearing for DH. As such, one opportunity is granted to DH, subject to cost of Rs.5000/- which shall be deposited with NDBA, Welfare Fund. DH shall get the copy of objections released from the Nazir before NDOH. He shall further lead arguments on -- 1 of 2 -- NDOH failing which the court shall be compelled to pass adverse order. It is further made clear that DH shall appear physically on NDOH.
