In the course of submissions, Ld. Counsel for
petitioner submits that the reply of respondent may be taken on
record to expedite the matter and to adjudicate it on merits.
Considering the submissions in the back drop of the
order dated 10.01.2022 of Supreme Court in Suo Moto Writ
Petition (Civil) no. 3 of 2020, In Re: Cognizance For Extension
Of Limitation; and in case of S.S Group Pvt. Ltd. vs. Aaditya J.
Garg and Anr., 2020 SCC OnLine SC 1050, respondent is
permitted to file the reply.
Parties through Counsel have filed their written
submissions as well as relied upon precedents.
