Ld. Proxy Counsel for petitioner prays for
adjournment submitting Sh. Aditya Vijay Kumar, Ld. Counsel for
petitioner had some symptoms for Covid though he had not got
himself tested but is unable to appear today.
Ld. Counsel for petitioner had previously argued at
length whereas part arguments were only previously addressed
by respondent Counsel and respondent Counsel had to appear
and argue today.
Ld. Proxy Counsel for respondent also seeks
adjournment submitting that Ld. Counsel for respondent did not
come today as was informed about petitioner Counsel being
unwell today.

On joint request of Ld. Counsel for parties the
matter was listed for Saturday i.e., today for concluding the
arguments. Yet arguments are not advanced.
In order dated 18.03.2023 it was also made clear that
arguments were to be concluded today by the Counsel for parties.
Both parties are burdened with costs of Rs. 2,000/-
each to be deposited in Prime Minister National Relief Fund in
one week and receipts be deposited in said period in Court.
Fixed 12.07.2023 for remaining arguments.
This order be uploaded on the website of the Delhi
District Courts.
