Respondent along with Ld. Counsel Sh. M.K. Paswan.
Oral exemption is sought on behalf of appellant on
account of Chhatt Pooja. Same is considered and allowed for today.
Ld. Counsel for appellant submits that due to financial
constraint, he could not deposit 20% of the total fine/compensation
amount as ordered by the Court on 12.07.2025. However, he has filed
an application for condonation of the said delay separately as IA No.
1/25.
Perusal of record reflects that there is delay in filing the
present appeal also, which has also been pointed out by Ld. Counsel
for respondent. Ld. Counsel for respondent also states that the State has
not been made a party in the present matter.
Ld. Counsel for appellant seeks time to file appropriate
applications.
Ld. Counsel for respondent submits that he has not got
copy of appeal. Let advance copy be supplied to Ld. Counsel for
respondent, duly paginated against due endorsement.
Meanwhile, appellant is directed to deposit 20% of the
fine amount positively before the NDOH. The application bearing IA
No. 1/25 is accordingly disposed off.
Put up on 12.12.2025. Date is given as per convenience of
both the parties.
