Same is taken on record. Ld. Counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has expired during the pendency of the complaint case and her husband Sh. Raj Thapar has been substituted as her AR on 18.07.2024 for pursuing it. He further submits that he is 87 years of age and unwell. Therefore, he could not seek his instructions. He has requested an adjournment for seeking instructions from him and for filing reply. The said request is allowed. Replies, if any, to the present revision petition and the application for seeking condonation of delay in its filing be filed on or before the next date of hearing with their advance copies to the other side. Put up for reply and arguments on the said application and present revision petition on 20.03.2025. TCR be returned and it be requisitioned two days prior to the said date.
