Fresh revision petition received by way of assignment. It
be checked and registered.
Present: Sh. Varun Bedi, Ld.counsel for revisionist through video
conferencing.
The present revision petition has been received in this court
today. The revisionist has challanged the impugned order dated
30.11.2023. Therefore, Ld.counsel for revisionist is directed to explain
how the revision petition is within the limitation period.
The revisionist has not filed the certified copy of impugned
order dated 30.11.2023. The revisionist has even fails to apply for certified
copy of impugned order. In the absence of even filing of application for
issuance of certified copy of the impugned order, I am not inclined to allow
the application for exemption from filing the certified copy. Hence, the
application is dismissed.
Ld.counsel for revisionist is directed to file certified copy of
the impugned order or he is at liberty to move the application for
exemption from filing the same, alongwith proof of applying for certified
copy of the impugned order.
