17.03.2022 has been placed on record by Ld counsel for the plaintiff.
It is submitted by counsel for the plaintiff that cause of action
in the instant matter arose on 17.03.2022, when email was sent to the
defendant sharing the copy of the judgment dated 08.03.2022. He submits
