Adjournment is sought by Ld. Counsel for defendant
on the ground that he has to accompany his daughter to the
examination center and hence he shall not able to address the
arguments today. Heard. Allowed.
Pursuant to query, it is submitted by defendant that
present suit is filed against her by her mother-in-law and she
wishes to settle the dispute with her mother-in-law. It is further
submitted by defendant that she is a widow lady and the suit
property was purchased by her and her husband in joint name and
after demise of her husband, plaintiff/her mother-in-law wants to
have a share in her property. Considering the fact that defendant
wishes to settle the matter with the plaintiff, plaintiff is directed
to appear in person on the next date of hearing.
To come up for further proceedings on 25.03.2026.
